#60134, W. W. Greener, Maker, 29 Pall Mall, London S. W. Works, St. Mary's Square, Birmingham: A Greener Boxlock 12 Bore Ejector Game Gun Model FH 70 that was completed about 1913 with 30" Wrought Steel Dovetail Lump barrels with Rib Extension Cross Bolt at .734 .011 & .024" (Imp.Cyl. & Mod.), 2 3/4" chambers, Original Proof at 1 1/4 ounce; Then in 2009 it was proved in London to 3 Tons, 70mm chambers and the proper London reproof marks, Wall thickness on the Right barrel at .028" & .030" on the left, Scalloped action back, Double triggers, Greener side safety, Deeley & Edge forend release, Horn tip on the forend, Splinter forend, Very open Pistol Grip stock at 14 3/4 x 1 5/8 x 2 9/16" over what I believe to be the original 3/4" Silvers pad, Cast-Off for the right hand, 6 Lbs. 10 Oz., 90% coverage of FH70 Grade scroll and floral engraving, The barrel blue is redone with excellent striking & now at 98%, The wood is excellent with deep black & brown contrast and is at 90%, The checkering remains at 88%, The bores are excellent and free of any pits, It is tight on the face with good bite remaining, With these dimensions and proper cast-off it comes to the hand with ease and points like a dream. The whole is cased in a new oak & leather brass cornered trunk by CSMC with cleaning tools and accessories.
