#7524, David McKay Brown (Gunmakers), 32, Hamilton Road, Bothwell, Scotland: A McKay Brown 12 Bore Round Action Improved Trigger Plate Lock Over & Under Game Gun Made in 1993 with 28" Demi-Block Solid Rib barrels by their barrel maker Mr. Jim McDonald, The bores at .738 .006 & .007" (Skt.I & Skt.I), Original London Proof at 18.7mm = .738", Original 2 3/4" chambers, Wall thickness on both barrels at .024", Double triggers, Game forend, Straight hand stock at 14 3/8 x 1 5/16 x 2 3/16" over a checkered butt, Cast-Off for the right hand, 6 Lbs. 11 Oz., 98% coverage of Classic Scottish scroll & floral engraving, Excellent wood with very deep contrast of black & brown, The original barrel blue at 98-99%, 98% original case colors, The buttstock and forearm remain at 97%, The checkering is at 100%, The barrels inside and out are as new, The breech face retains 98% original case colors.
